I'm 16 and I go by my first name, Ryan. I was born in Liverpool, England, I live in London, Canada. Half of my family is from England and Ireland, and half is from Finland. I can speak English and Finnish, and I'm learning Swedish. I enjoy all sports, and play hockey and soccer. I cheer for the Pelicans Lahden in the SM-Liiga and the Toronto Maple Leafs in The NHL. My favourite hockey player all time is Mats sundin, love him. I go to high school with Finnish super star Olli Maatta and we've become good friends. Devious Journal Entry

I haven't slept in 24 hours. Can someone help me? I need to know why my body is doing this. I'll wake up, be energized the entire day, but when I go to bed I'll be exhausted but won't be able to sleep for 3-6 hours, and this time, I couldn't sleep at all, and as soon as it hit 6:00 am, I was wide awake, without any sleep. Any explanation for this would be appreciated, and any tips on getting to sleep quicker as well. Thank you.
